First Response Team
Trained and Certified Technicians
We require all technicians and field employees to undergo rigorous education and training in structural drying, mold remediation, water damage, fire and smoke, and odor removal. Upon course completion and final exam, technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and Restoration Industry Association (RIA).
Our project managers are professionally trained in effectively streamlining the responsibilities of compiling critical information required by insurance providers, coordinating and mobilizing multiple restoration services and accurately estimating costs.
All of their work goes into a comprehensive Recovery Plan that makes your disaster recovery process as easy for you as possible.
